FAQs about the Mango Popsicles with Lime recipe
Can I use another sweetener instead of agave syrup?
You can add honey or maple syrup if you don’t like agave syrup. Remember though that mango has enough sugar on its own so keep the sweetener to the minimum – one tablespoon is enough. If you don’t want to add any sweetener, you can skip it all together.
Can I use fresh mango for this recipe?
I use frozen mango for convenience – it is packed and cubed to go. However, I could have used fresh mango which I love. This recipe works the same with either. Depending on where you live, choose the option that is most accessible and affordable for you.
Can I use alcohol to the popsicles?
You can add a couple of tablespoons of liquor for a grown-up treat. Just remember, this will keep them from freezing completely solid.
Can I freeze the mango popsicles?
Yes, you can freeze these Mango popsicles with lime in molds for up to 3 months.
Is this recipe gluten-free?
Yes, this recipe is gluten free because all ingredients do not contain gluten.
