🥟What is a Madeleine?

Madeleine is a French originated small rich cake, baked in a shell-shaped mold. It is known as Marcel Proust’s favorite childhood cake and all the memories it evokes.

🍚Do I have to use Mascarpone cheese?

For this recipe, we used heavy cream and full-fat Greek yogurt. You can use whipped cream cheese replacing the full-fat yogurt. We didn’t use Mascarpone for this recipe.
