  • In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy
  • Add water, waffle mix, and whisk ingredients until well blended, without any lumps
  • Pour the batter into a greased muffin baking pan, filling each cup about ¾ full
  • In a pre-heated at 350 ℉ oven, bake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean
  • Remove from oven, transfer to a wire rack and cool to room temperature before serving
