Honolulu Cookie Company is located at the Linq Promenade and is the brand’s only store in continental USA -the other stores are all in Hawaii and one in Guam. This airy and beautiful sweet spot is known for its premium shortbread cookies in a pineapple shape found in a variety of flavors. From Butter Macadamia, to Pineapple, Guava and Mango to White Chocolate Coconut, you will taste the flavors of Hawaii in a bite. Ask to try before you buy and say aloha with a bang. 🍦Sweet Sin By Claude Escamilla

My favorite is the Mango or maybe the Pistachio

The Sweet Sin is another favorite at the Linq Promenade on the Las Vegas Strip. This sweet gem was created by the famous Executive Pastry Chef Claude Escamilla, two times World Pastry Champion and is the only store in US soil. Specialties are the unlimited range of Macarons that come in multiple colors making your life much brighter. You can try pretty much everything you have imagined: Macream-Cakes, Donuts, Crepes, Danish Dots, Pastries, Gelato & Gelato Waffles and favorite beverages from Milkshakes to Caffe Frappe. Before I forget, there is also a Soda Fountain. Just open the door and enter! Even the entrance mat is colorful. I vote for Macarons but others will go for the gelato.

If you are craving a good iced Mocha, you can’t miss the Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop located in the Linq Promenade on the Strip. If you haven’t experienced the Ghirardelli shop, this is your chance, and you should do it before the day kicks in. Grab your iced coffee or iced Mocha (my favorite), and a few signature Ghirardelli chocolates and you are good to go. There are of course chocolate chip cookies, rich brownies, and chocolate-dipped strawberries together with ice cream sundaes topped with handmade hot fudge. You have no excuse.

Somewhere between the Linq and Harrah’s Hotels, this retro pink pastry track is a delight to see between the crowds. It does not open very early so you go later during the day for a chance to get your Cookie Dough made in Las Vegas. They only serve Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a cup with or without soft serve ice cream. Nothing excessive but a cute experience to share.

Christina’s Tosi Milk Bar is hidden on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan hotel. If you haven’t tried her signature cookies and cake creations, now it’s your chance. Try the Chocolate Chip Pretzel Potato Chip Cookies (previously known as Compost which is my favorite), the Birthday Cake Truffle or the famous Cereal Milk Soft Serve. Other favorites are the Red Velvet Cheesecake or a piece of the Milk Bar Pie. Paired with an Affogato coffee, it’s just pleasure.

Grab the spoon!

Located at the Famous Foods Street Eats at Resorts World, the Sweet Eats is a dessert bar with a wide range of offerings: from Dipped Apples (Rainbow Sprinkles or Toasted Coconut?) to Shave Ice, to sweet treats like Cotton Candy and Tropical Popcorn. The choice is overwhelming, and you will have to make fast a decision on what you will get. I went for the Yuzu White Chocolate Cheesecake, a choice that I don’t regret (seen in photo). Velvety, creamy with the perfect amount of tartness and sweetness was nearly perfect. I finished the visit with my first time experience at Tiger Sugar Boba. Yes, their Boba is very sweet but that’s why you are here.
